Our classic Regina Top is crafted in Christy Lynn's signature silk satin fabrication. This off-shoulder silhouette is achieved by the elastic smocking across the chest and complete with delicate pintucks along the top hem. The same detail is reflected at the sleeve cuff to create a subtle puff sleeve.
